Arthur B. G (AKA: King Arthur) was an awesome man. "His passion was cooking and he loved how people enjoyed it."

Arthur always took care if his family, his friends, his neighbors and helped to guide in the right direction some of the youngsters in the neighborhood. He would find ways to cook and feed people. Looks like he passed that tradition down to his children.

He got the "(nick name King Arthur)" from his friends who admired the way he supported the people around him. Every stranger was someone he made an ally. He commanded respect because he would always be the first to give respect. Someone once asked him why does he work so hard to satisfy others. His response was, ("This is a place were everyone deserves the best"). Thus the slogan and the name of this business.
